What began in 2019 with a friend’s runaway backyard harvest and a wild craving for bold, unforgettable flavor quickly turned into something legendary. Driven by pure culinary inspiration, I created our first batch of signature Candied Jalapeños: a blazing harmony of vibrant heat, rich sweetness, and pure addictive crunch that critics and jalapeño heads alike have dubbed genuine "culinary wizardry."
Every jar we pack is deeply personal. To honor the dear friend who sparked this journey, we proudly donate a portion of our proceeds to the American Cancer Society—turning every bite of sweet heat into a force for good.
